The 2005, 2007, and 2010, 2011 pictures are pretty small, but that - I blame it on the site I made this collage with - next time I'll use photoshop to properly put them all together... (She didn't look too different from 2004 during that time anyways --- that was her peak :D - you can see the picture in my articles for those dramas anyways)
This should be a fairly accurate representation of how Kyoko chan looks throughout the years. Any changes should be fairly visible. If you want to compare magazine photos (heavily Photoshopped) or news photos (raw, no proper lighting and angles) then you will OF COURSE thinks her face changes all the time. From all these frontal facial shots - you can see that her facial organs and face size DID NOT go through major changes. (The thing that changed the most from top to bottom is probably her eye brows LOL) She did become a little hard to recognize in 2012, but I still couldn't figure out why....
About the News in Mandarin Culture:
First, you folks should know that Taiwanese/ Cantonese/ Chinese journalism / reporters are one of the worst in the world. They LOVE to invade celebrities privacy, criticize their looks (or say they did plastic surgery), make perverted jokes, and put on extremely inappropriate news article titles to attract views. All of which, as a Taiwanese myself, do hate, but love at the same time :P.
It's mostly negative advertisement / exposure- but it keeps the celebrity's fame up at a certain level. Kyoko chan has been and is still one of the most well known Japanese actress in Taiwan. Partly because she got famous during the time when Taiwan was into Japanese culture and also during the time when globalization started. Even Hirosue (Ryoko) did not get as much exposure and is not as well known in Taiwan as Fukada Kyoko (my parents both know her- they didn't watch that many dramas and are not that into Japanese stuff).
News articles summary:
Knowing all these, take these news with a grain of salt. I just posted it, because, well, someone has to XD
Chinese sites often copy each other- they all talked about the same things:

Basically all of them were talking about how Kyoko chan lost weight and showed off her HOT body in her photobook last year (Untouched and Blue Moon). In 2012, during one of the variety shows, her face showed signs of unnatural tightness (/loss of expression), taller nose, and swollen eyes. Speculations of her doing plastic surgeries started on the internet. Netizens mainly believed she has Botox injections to get rid of wrinkles and make her face looks smaller (which has side effects of making her face look frozen and move less) and hyaluronic acid injections for her nose.
In 2014, on another variety show, she looked even skinnier with her cheeks looking quite filled and tight (should be injections) and when she smiled, there was a really deep wrinkle under eyes' dark circle - looking really unnatural.
Then it was skipped to the recent press conference for the break fast drink (on 4/7). Now netizens are talking about how her mouth looks weird, eyes swollen, face becomes a bit lose when she laughs, double chin (seriously?) --> basically looking very different from how she looked in the CM.
Finally, the reporter concluded :
Wow. I gotta say this reporter was actually kinda nice hahaha telling the truth about how us fans thinks.- She is naturally cute and beautiful, nothing needs to be changed. I love her the way she is, she doesn't need to change anything. I also hope that she never legit does any big surgeries... injections could wear off- but surgeries are permanent.
She's getting old and she needs to do maintenance to keep her Fukakyon fame. I don't blame her for doing injections - I mean, it's reversible (the effect will only last 1 year ish). Knowing her, she probably would be ok with injections to stay young but maybe not knives- she's scared of even ear piercing and finally was able to get vaccinated without crying in 2009 ish, I don't think she'd have the guts to go through something as painful as plastic surgery. She mentioned in her Biteki interview that she didn't have confidence in herself and feels like someone will get rid of her all the time (source). She mentioned that she wanted to be young forever ("wrinkles are needless, I want to be young and work like this forever") and would love to be a cyborg (video source from 5:20).
Judging by all these, all the videos I've seen her in throughout the years:
I do agree that she had made modifications in 2 spots:
1. Nose - The change was most noticeable starting 2011 - before that, it really just looks like different make up styles. One can put darker colors around the nose and lighter colors on top of the nose to make it look taller. Think this was done by injection though.
2. Lips - Honestly, I am more mad about this, she made them narrower starting 2011 some where in March - it was visible in her last few days of Domoto Brothers - she suddenly looked different after one episode, right before she had to leave the show. Now her lips looks like she's squishing it together often... This, she could've underwent a minor surgery (cut and sew) or it could be effected by her injections around her mouth to get rid of wrinkles there when she talks.
Anyways...
I think she is the most pretty / beautiful Japanese celebrity with/ without or before/ after ANYTHING she did to her face (make up, injections, surgeries, whatever)
AND the only person who can pull of that Lolita style effortlessly. No matter how much cutesy actions she does, I will never get tired of them no matter how old she is.
That, I guess, makes me a true fan.
Add oil (Gan Ba De~) Kyoko chan! No matter what you do, I will support you.
Guess that's enough for today~ ttyl~

" Actually, Fukada Kyoko's face is sweet and beautiful. She really doesn't need any modifications, natural look is the most beautiful. Fans also hope she doesn't go too far/ get addicted!"My thoughts for the news and on this matter:
